Wedding & Event Planning Tips
Relax, we're here to help!
Here's a great wedding seating chart template for you to use, to plan your wedding reception seating! Surprisingly, Microsoft has an online template! Who knew? Here is the link to create your own: templates.office.com/en-us/Wedding-reception-seating-chart-round-or-rectangular-tables-TM10368641 If you'd rather print out a picture and write on your forms, feel free to print out the pictures, below!
By the way, according to a recent survey, 90% of brides/grooms plan their wedding at work. This is why we included the print outs or the link. :)
Wedding Seating Chart - Head Table
Remember when planning your head table (where the bride/groom or guest of honor sit) seating, the head table is the focus of the room. Ideally, place the table close to an exit. This will make it easier when couples or the wedding party need to leave, to take pictures outside, or anywhere else. Also, place the cake near the head table area, so the you don't have to go too far, when it's cake cutting time.
Wedding Seating Chart - Rectangle Tables
Rectangle tables are often used when you have more space to work with. With linens, table runners and center pieces, they'll look great!
Wedding Seating Chart - Round Tables
Round tables are usually used when there is a little less space to work with, but they look great at any venue! As with rectangle tables, with linens, table runners and center pieces, they'll look great!
Things to Remember When Planning Your Wedding Seating
