Our free Quinceanera timeline makes it easy to plan your own Quinceanera timeline! If you’re planning your quinceanera, in Austin, San Antonio, or anywhere, then you have already figured out how much time it takes to do! It’s literally like an intro to the wedding planning class! 🙂

Quinceaneras require just as much time and effort as weddings, from the planning standpoint. They’re also very similar to weddings with the details and even the vendors you’ll need to hire, in order to make your quince special! You’ll need catering, the venue, music, mariachis (if needed), cake, decorations, and much more. 

Luckily, as one of central Texas’ leaders in the quince industry, we’re here to help everyone. We really want everyone to have the quinceanera they’ve always dreamed of, even if they are not our client! A major part of making sure you get to have a great quinceanera, is planning it well.

We are a part of quinces, nearly every weekend, all year long. We get to help many quinceaneras and their families, celebrate this pivotal milestone moment! We are always truly honored to be a part of these special moments. We usually provide a DJ, photo booth rental, uplighting, and often times, monogram lighting, for these fun events. Many quinces also choose to add fun props, such as glow sticks

Also, Jason & Diana are certified wedding/event planners and they used their wedding/event planning courses, and years of experience, to help clients plan their wedding, quinceanera event. Now, we’re helping everyone! We have created a quinceanera planning form that is similar to the one we use for Austin’s Best DJs’ wedding and event clients. We noticed that many people struggle with the day-of-timeline, so we created this free quinceanera timeline to help. Simply email us for the timeline and we’ll send it to you. Then, fill it in with your info.

Jason has a Master's of Education (MEd), and a Master's of Public Affairs (MPAff). and has been in the DJ field for over 2 decades as a DJ, nightclub owner, radio show DJ/host, bar/club DJ, concert & festival organizer/promoter, and is the co-founder and owner of Austin's Best DJs & Photo Booths, and Radio DJ Drops.
