This past weekend, we had a great time providing a wedding DJ at The Springs Wedding Venue, in Georgetown, TX. We provided great music and custom colored uplighting for Mr. and Mrs. Jackson.
For the wedding ceremony, the bride chose many of the classical music songs for her prelude (pre-ceremony music). The bride chose to walk down the aisle to the famous “Canon in D” by Pachelbel. She also chose the traditional wedding recessional song, to walk back down the aisle. The weather was absolutely perfect for this outdoor ceremony! Our bride wanted a more traditional wedding ceremony.
Later during the dinner, we did toasts. One of the most memorable times for us, at weddings, is the toast and speech time. We never know what they will say! Sometimes, we get to hear funny, stories. Other times, we hear heartfelt toasts from brides, grooms, maids of honor, best men, parents, and relatives! These are very memorable moments in every wedding. Be sure not to skip these moments at your wedding!
Chalk Board Photo Booth Backdrop
This couple made a custom chalkboard backdrop for their photo booth area. They used wood and some chalkboard paint! Wow, it came out great! Who knew chalkboard paint would look that great? They simply had their guests use their cell phones and they created their wedding hashtag to save all the photos. This is a pretty inexpensive way to have a photo booth!

Magenta Wedding Uplighting at The Springs
This couple chose Magenta, as one of their theme colors. We were able to add Magenta uplighting around the venue and it looked amazing! All of the decor and room come together, with uplighting! Uplights can really change the atmosphere of your event!
Overall, we had a great time providing a wedding DJ at The Springs, in Georgetown. We look forward to more events there, in the next few months!
